In 2003, the FDA issued warning letters questioning the legality of the drug reimportation program ~ September and November 2003. CanaRx responded September 2003.
The FDA met in Ottawa with Health Canada where they were assured that CanaRx and its' operations were legal.
For the past 4 years, the FDA has not contacted CanaRx and we have no knowledge of any further investigations.
