CANARX works with government-licensed pharmacies in Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia (which are among the Tier 1 countries as designated by the U.S. Congress) to supply brand-name medications, packaged and sealed by the original manufacturer, for direct delivery to all participants.

We have several departments within CANARX that each play a pivotal role in our success:

Call Center

As the first point of contact, our call center personnel create lasting impressions with our clients and work hard to maintain our positive relationships.


Our Pharmacy Technicians review and process all prescriptions, helping us maintain the highest safety standards in the industry.

The Processing Team keeps CANARX operating smoothly, ensuring accuracy behind the scenes so that our clients have the simplest experience possible on the front end.


Responsible for the nuts and bolts of the operation, our Finance Team handles all transactions and oversees the financial relationships with our groups.

Information Technology (IT) 

Have a knack for evaluating, procuring, developing, and maintaining hardware and software? We are always looking to stay at the forefront of technology and improve efficiency and processes across all aspects of our business via our IT Team.

Sales & Service

As the face of CANARX, our Sales Reps play an integral role in promoting, growing and supporting our business.

Our Service Department implements and onboards new groups, services existing groups and aids the Sales team with data collection, seminar planning and collateral development.
